With all the big Supreme Court decisions that just came down, one of them hasn’t gotten the attention it deserves.
And that’s the one on campaign finance.

The Supreme Court, by the narrowest of margins, came down with a great decision when it affirmed the habeas corpus rights of detainees in Guantanamo.
In its 6-3 decision in Crawford v. Marion County Election Board, the court ruled that the law, which requires Indiana voters to show photo identification at the polls, is constitutional.
The U.S. Supreme Court has taken a small step toward sanity when it comes to drug policy. Let’s recognize it and work for more.
